In recent years we have ramped up our capacity to produce larger residential structural steel jobs. This includes investing heavily in 2011 into a 29m Reach Fassi Knuckle crane which compliments our existing 23m Reach Crane. The 29m reach crane gives us double the reach of our competitors, and the ability to work far faster at erecting structural steel jobs. The greater the reach ability means less repositioning of a crane and far less chargeable time on-site. Over all it means that we have greater ability at a lower cost to clients.
We moved everything in house from design through to crane operation so that we could offer superior cost savings to our clients. We implemented and completed a plan to have all drivers qualified as crane operators and dogman so that we could offer superior service to our clients.
Additionally we have in-house CAD designers which again creates cost efficiencies for clients as we are able to charge less than that of a CAD design only company. To round off our client service, all truck drivers double as crane operators and dogman. While other companies rely on working with another crane company, we do not. This means no overcharge for booking a crane on a bad weather day that can’t be used, and no wasted chargeable time in one waiting on the other.
